Hi AnniLuvs - if you sign up for this round, you are required to select one of the three options each week for the challenge:
1. Read a book that fits the announced theme
2. Read a book from a team-mates bookshelves that they rated at least 3 stars;
3. Pass on reading a book that week.

However only one team-member per team can pass each week. And there are only 4 passes allowed each block of 4 weeks, so in a team of six, 2 team-mates will miss that option. (They can of course, take a pass in the second block of 4 weeks - but another two team mates will miss using that option in the second 4 week block.)

This round runs for NINE weeks - so you need to be able to commit to checking in with your team at least weekly (more often is far preferable ;) AND to reading roughly one book each week in accordance with the three options outlined above.

If you can't read a book in the first week for some reason, just put your hand up early for a pass in the first week when the teams are announced. Generally ppl are pretty flexible.

The other thing is, that even if you can't read your book in week one, you can catch up in week 2 or 3. The main thing is that you do not fall behind by more than 2 books. Eg You may have read books for week 2 and 4, but are still to catch up on week's 1 and 3. That is OK, until week 6's theme in announced, at which point, you need to have finished either week 1,3 or 5's book.

Don't worry - I'll be watching the threads to help ppl understand this rule as we go :) And if you are always up to date, it won't affect you.

Not sure if I answered this, but sure. You can whatever romance sub-genre you like so long as it fits the theme (if your team-mates aren't MM readers as well) :)

If i can be behind a book I think I can do it (I trough is necessary to read that book in the same week, and I can't know what will happen in a week to stop me reading).

The reviews aren't hard Ra~Luka - just more than 'I liked it'; enough to show that you actually read the book :)

And yes, you don't need to finish the book in the week following the theme announcement, but you will want to be up-to-date on all your reading before the final theme is announcee, since those books are read VERY quickly, based on Round 1s experience ;)
