Prepare for a bit of a wait since it doesn't release until March. ;) Ha!

I'm only about 15% in but really enjoying it so far!

I've been told by friends for years and years to read this series but never have. Let me know if I should read it, David? I'll trust you! :)

My author of the month that I am reading is Rainbow Rowell, so yes I am reading books for Valentine's Day! I reread Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell already, and planning to read Carry On by Rainbow Rowell and Attachments by Rainbow Rowell this month, too. Also going to read Let It Snow Three Holiday Romances by John Green and Their Fractured Light (Starbound, #3) by Amie Kaufman this month.

Next up I'm re-reading ACOTAR so I can finally read ACOMAF! I'm also reading A Love Letter To Whiskey.

I have barely read this week again. :( Dang work!! Hopefully I make it up this weekend!

What little reading I did was on my massive beta read book. I'm about 80% done. I'm at the point of wanting to finish right now, but yet, not wanting to finish because then I'll have a major book hangover. I'm not ready to leave this world or these characters!

Once I finish, then I'll jump back into Alone (The Generations Trilogy, #3) by Scott Sigler and Passenger (Passenger, #1) by Alexandra Bracken and my audio of Reamde by Neal Stephenson .

On Monday I'll be starting Their Fractured Light (Starbound, #3) by Amie Kaufman with Jenny!

It is somewhat slow-moving but then has really cool bursts of action. And the world-building is immaculate, so much to explore. I recommend reading the first 20% and I think you will know whether it is for you or not. I hope you do like it! If you get the chance to read it anytime soon, let me know and we can embark on an epic buddy read of the series!

Nancy (paper_addict) I finished Gemina and it was awesome! I did not expect (view spoiler)

I really like the format of the books. I am glad I read the hardcover from the library though. I would constantly be wondering if I was missing something and you don't get the whole effect since pages you need side-by-side.

Yay! Yeah, the hardback is definitely the way to go :) I missed a lot in the ebook version, sadly. Pretty much lost one whole character!

I'm also curious to see how they structure the third book and whether we'll get all four main characters or some new ones. Hoping for more Kady and Ezra!

message 2231: by Nancy (new)

Basically any scenes that had Nik's cousin in them, I couldn't read her dialogue on my Kindle Paperwhite. The typeface or font was so light that it blended into the gray background. I could read everyone else's words (although some were so hard to see I had to squint), but hers were just...gone. Pretty annoying!

Right now I'm in the middle of so many books! First, I'm finishing up a very awesome beta read! Then I'm reading Their Fractured Light (Starbound, #3) by Amie Kaufman with Karen (so good!) Also reading Carry On by Rainbow Rowell which started off slow for me, but I'm starting to really get into it now! Also rereading The Raven Boys (The Raven Cycle, #1) by Maggie Stiefvater

On my Kindle I'm reading The Bone Readers by Jacob Ross for my Around the World challenge. Not sure what I think yet, this is a mystery/thriller set in Grenada.

And listening to Geek Girl (Geek Girl, #1) by Holly Smale on audio. And loving this one!

Oh, and I'm finishing up Hamilton The Revolution by Lin-Manuel Miranda . This has all the lyrics to all the songs, but also has a lot of background info on how Hamilton was made, from conception to finish. Really really interesting. And I've been listening to he Spotify soundtrack while I read :)

I've put aside all my other books to buddy read Their Fractured Light (Starbound, #3) by Amie Kaufman with Jenny and although I had a little bit of a slow start due to first work, and then family issues, I did get a few hours tonight to devote to reading it!
