Broken API Key Link

I am having difficulty retrieving a developer api key link. When I fill in the form and click the "Apply for a Developer Key" button, I immediately get a page not found error. This happens at https://www.goodreads.com/api/keys in Chrome, FireFox and IE. It appears to be caused by a 404 status code on a POST request for "keys".
