Not a book, but a DVD

Hi all, I have just come across this 'book'.

It's not a book, it's a DVD, at least that's what it claims it is, with a director instead of an author, listed. Can someone work out whether this really is a DVD or a book? Thanks for your help.

*Update* On The Memory Keeper's Daughter page another book by the same 'author' is listed - it's The Bodyguard (with Kevin Costner). This is obviously not a book at all, never was.
