I've successfully combined all editions of the above book, except for this one Smashwords edition which seems to be beyond my control. Are you able to add it so all the editions and their reviews are connected?

Once I added the periods after the initials in the author name, the book moved to the correct profile and could be combined.
#3 combined what could be combined.Next time, please start a new thread, as this one is for a specific book.
