Anyway, yup, Gina is approved! Since she has claws she will be in the West wing. Whilst Koala's claws are not sharp enough to cause humans any harm, the guards are just taking precautions (so even though she is totally harmless, she is in the West wing). Oh, and just letting you know that Koala's spend almost 20hrs a day asleep. I would be ok if you wanted to incorporate that into her character etc. Just a thought! :)

The traits of a kangaroo that she possesses is the strength.
History: Corazon never really got to know her parents, because she was taken as a baby, and wished that she wasn't cursed, so she could lead a normal life and enjoy time with parents, friends and maybe siblings. Ever since then, she tried to find a way to leave, but always seemed to get caught, so know she's laying low and she plots a way to leave.

Corazon sounds sweet, I just have one thing I need you to add. What traits of her animal does she possess? As in, kangaroos are crazy strong etc, so does she possess that strength? Does she have a kangaroo tail or eyes or what? Just so I know which wing to place her. Oh, and with her history, what do you mean she never really got to know her parents? Most Cursed are taken as babies (or if their physical traits are easily concealed as children), so was she taken as a kid or what?

Appearance:
Personality: Shen is a very shy boy. He doesn’t like talking to people and likes to hide in little crevasses when anyone comes near. The Old Palace’s swimming pool (located at the bath house), is where he can be found almost all the time and he even has a little carved hole in the wall for him to sleep in. Shen is quiet, anxious and easily frightened. However, he is also really sweet once you get to know him. He is quite adventurous and could easily wander far and wide by himself, but he always likes to come back home at the end of the day. Due to the fact that he has awful social skills and is often lost in his own little world, he can seem rude when you first meet him. But with persistence and understanding, he will warm up to you and you will see a boy who has a heart of gold and loves with all his soul. Be patient though, because he is very shy and can be easily scared back into his little crevasse.
Animal: American eel
History: Shen is a second generation Cursed at the Old Palace. His mother, Daphne, is the Hippo Cursed who works in the Nursery taking care of the babies. Daphne was taken when she was baby and grew up at the palace. She met Shen’s father, Kai, when they were 17. Kai was also taken as a young child but because he was a bit older than her, they didn’t talk until they were older. Once they did start talking though, they couldn’t stop and 5 years later, they were ‘married’ down by the small farm. Most Cursed in the palace don’t get married. They don’t have a trained priest (or marriage person), they don’t have a church (or anything) and the ‘marriage’ isn’t even legal in the eyes of the law. The guards don’t care but most Cursed don’t want to risk it. Still, Daphne and Kai wanted to and so they had a small secret wedding. A year later, Daphne was pregnant. However, the next few months were not easy. 4 months into conception, Kai died. His eyesight was deteriorating rapidly (from unknown causes) and one day he tripped. He fell down a flight of stairs and broke his neck, killing him instantly. Kai died at 26 years of age. Daphne, 23, pregnant and now alone, took it hard. Unfortunately, the stress didn’t just take a toll on Daphne, but on the unborn Shen as well. The Hippo goddess told Daphne that Shen’s development wasn’t proceeding correctly and if he wasn’t chosen by a god or goddess, he would die. Daphne prayed and prayed, begging the gods to choose her son, but they never spoke to her. It was a waiting game, since the gods would only chose one they deemed worthy, regardless of a mothers cries. Finally, Shen was born, happy and healthy, if slightly different. The gods had heard Daphne’s pleas and knew that to save the child he had to be chosen. He had already been deemed worthy, however Shen’s legs had not developed and they knew that it would be difficult even with their divine powers to fix the child before birth. And so, the Eel gods (specifically the American eel god), choose Shen. Instead of creating legs, they gifted him with the tail of an eel from the waist down, saving the child. Such a large physical trait from the gods was unusual but Daphne didn’t care. She loved Shen with all her heart. Shen had a transparent tail when he was born but it quickly began to turn yellow. His tail stayed that yellow colour until he was 5, when it began to darken. At the age of 7, his tail was black with hints of dark green and has stayed that way since. Having the tail of a sea creature, Shen has to stay wet. He can breathe both in the water and on land, but after an hour or two out of the water, his tail begins to dry and it becomes painful for him. Because of this, he has mostly been confined to the bath houses of the palace and without legs, he can’t go anywhere to find a new water source. Although Shen loves his little crevasse home, he began to chafe at the restrictions. Daphne, seeing her child was feeling more and more trapped, came up with a solution. She altered one of the old palace wheelchairs. In the place of a seat, she had a metal box bolted onto the chair frame. Once this box was filled with water, Shen could curl up comfortably in it whilst his mother wheeled him around the palace, finally allowing the boy the freedom he so craved.
Relationship: None so far but is open to anything
Other: Shen has gills (obviously) at his side but they are hard to spot. He can breathe both in and out of the water comfortably. He is nocturnal and thus, has excellent night vision. Shen has an altered wheelchair that allows him to get about the palace. Although he would rather explore on his own, he can’t move by himself and thus, usually has his mother take him places. Unfortunately, his mother has been busy lately and he now needs someone else to help him.

Slightly longish scruffy brown hair, dark brown goatee, and piercing blue-gray eyes
Personality: He's rather affable and charming, which comes in handy, being a merchant- makes it easier to get better deals. (Not that he's a swindler- he's extremely honest in his dealings!) His warm and friendly personality makes him friends wherever he goes- even the notoriously wary Sefna tribes trust him.
He loves his daughter and would do anything to bring her back, and he's committed to finding a way to free the Cursed.
History: His parents died young, so he and Li, the girl who'd become his wife, were raised by Nam's grandfather, a traveling merchant, who taught them to care about the weak- he rarely wenr to Aiden, but instead focused on the smaller island nations too far apart to be able to trade without a go-between, and after he died, the two kept up his work. (For more information, read Leah Tani's backstory.)
Nam's daughter, Leah, may gave inherited her mother's looks, but she got her father's affable and trustworthy nature.
After Leah was taken, Nam decided to continue his research on the history of the Cursed by decoding an ancient scroll. Using the help of his many friends, it has nearly been fully translated, and he hopes to be able to help with some sort of upcoming rebellion.
Relationship: His roguish charm and good looks are rather popular with the ladies, and he'd be a great lady-killer but for the fact that he married his first love- and after she died, he wouldn't so much as look at another woman for years. Nowadays, he'll flirt good naturedly a bit, but no more than that.
Other: He has a messenger falcon who, instead of flying to places, he flies to people- specifically, Nam and Leah. This means he can't be used to deliver messenges to anyone anywhere- ONLY to and from Leah and Nam.

Hair in varying shades of pink (from far away it just looks like bright magenta, but there are so many shades and values that it can hurt your head trying to focus on just one (there's even a little white and gray)), small gray-brown eyes are extremely magnified by her large glasses (she's practically blind without them) (hey Heather, they have glasses in Keras, right?). She dresses in a style that's a blend of several different styles- denim-casual, dressy, and colorful-flowy bohemian hippie- and she makes it work.
Personality: Lo adores learning (mostly hands-on, although she does read and study, too), particularly about different cultures and lifestyles, and is inflicted with an incurable wanderlust. She loves traveling and meeting new people. She's incredibly friendly and lighthearted, but also a bit mysterious and reserved- there are some things, especially about her past, that she keeps secret.
She has an aura that's an intriguing mix of maturity, self-confidence, beauty, mystery, and silliness, found only in adults with a true understanding of themselves.
Animal: Boto (Amazon river dolphin)
History: As a child, her then-dark gray/black hair and lack of other obvious "Cursed" features hid the fact that Lotus was anything more than human. She was raised to become a leader in the main religion of Aiden, but, due to her incurable wanderlust, she lef when she was 25, changed her name to Lo, dyed her hair brown, and became a traveler.
But as she traveled, she discovered all sorts of different ways of life people lead, and wondered if people outside of Aiden were even more different. So she left her home country and explored the surronding islands. She even traveled to Sefna and convinced one of the tribes to let her travel with them for a short time and got to see the Gathering. But still, she still felt like there was more she had to know.
When she was 28, she decided to stop dying her hair- after all, it wasn't like anyone would recognize her after this long. So she shaved off her long hair (which had never been cut!) and it grew in pink! That was when Lo realized that she must be one of the Cursed, but she refused to let that stop her traveling.
She'd always been a fast learner, and as she had traveled she'd used incredibly old materials she'd taken from the archives to teach herself the long-dead language that used to be spoken in Keras, and had uncovered records of the ancient religion of Keras, which made more sense to her than the religion she'd been brought up in. She continued trying to uncover everything she could, but the process was slow, and, when she was 31, she was captured by the Snatchers (who, of course, didn't recognize her, and she wasn't going to reveal the identity she'd long since cast off) and taken to the Old Palace. She was, of course, upset and not being able to continue traveling, but excited to meet so many different types of people, growing up in a strange culture unlike anywhere she'd ever been, and is working/communicating with a tiny, underground organization dedicated to revealing the truth about the "Cursed" and what really happened in the past.
Relationship: Lo had her heart broken once. Being that she is someone who values being honest with oneself, Lo understands and accepts that, deep down, she still loves him, but because she really cares about him, she just wants him to have a happy life, and if she isn't part of it, then that's okay. (In other words, no, she's not interested in being in a relationship right now.)
Other: As someone raised to be a priestess and studied the ancient traditions of Keras, she can ordain marriages both legally and in the old way. She subtly made sure people know, although she, of course, kept it a secret where and how she learnt. But if anyone does want to get married, she can help.

She has pale skin that can look tanned from some angles. She has a strange dressing style, normally wearing black or gold and jackets. She has a pair of black boots that she loves, but normally only to hide her black webbed feet, as her socks don't do any good but make it even more obvious.
Personality: Sara hates everyone who is or can become a threat. When she falls in love, she falls deep. She is not one to be reckoned with, and earning her trust is even harder. She thinks of herself and her own goals but can succumb to cute people or creatures. She has a heart burnt black with hate, even though the centre can be pried out as light. Just because she doesn't like people doesn't mean she doesn't care for some of them. Sometimes she does rash actions when her emotions are unstable.She judges people by the way they act around her and other people, and not by their status. She acts tough to everyone else and shuts in all of her emotions so that she can't be found as someone weak. She wants to protect everyone, even though she might seem like she wants to murder everyone else in the palace.
Animal: Gold poison dart frogThe traits that she possesses are the golden hair and black hair, and black webbed feet. She can spread the poison by touching people if she wants to, but when she kisses anyone on the lips, the poison fills them up, as it is strong enough to kill 10-20 grown humans. She is good with swimming.
History: Sara would've grown up with her parents, except she was thrown out of her house as a child, as her parents wanted neither a cursed or a girl. She was hidden well as there was a cursed who escaped who had just enough time to lightly kicked the bundle behind a trash can. As she got older, she started to pick up some survival skills, and she would run away just to dodge the snatchers. There was a boy who told her that the snatchers had forgotten about her, and she went out less carefully, and she was caught by Snatchers, and they moved her to the palace of the cursed, where she shelled in her emotions so that nobody would take advantage of her anymore.
