A lot. All working hours, plus tablet time during the night

Ravelry.com for crocheters and knitters
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Gmail, Ravelry, work webmail

Gmail, Facebook, Ravelry, king.com (game site), boardgamegeek.com, various blogs (mostly recipe related)
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
Probably a couple hours a day
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
boardgamegeek.com - it's a site dedicated to boardgames. It's not the prettiest, but has great information
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Gmail, facebook (I don't post much), ravelry

1: Besides GoodReads, what are some of your favorite sites to go online?
Swap-Bot, my blog, blogger, NetGalley, FictFact, Fantastic Fiction, Yahoo Fantasy Sports, Pinterest, Nautilus Live, YouTube, My Anonamouse, Steam, YouTube..... but mainly GoodReads. :)
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
A LOT. My computer is always next to me, so I'm pretty much online all of the day I'm up and about. Even if I'm gaming, I will still check in online all the time. Probably too much, but I don't do anything else so my entertainment / social interaction is done online.
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
I suppose Swap-Bot. It's a swapping site. You make things, write things, and lots more, then you have partners that you send those things too. My group, Carpe Librum, is all about books. We mostly write our reading logs, send recommendations, pick out books for each other and so on. It's mainly for crafty people who like to craft things (lots of knitters there, Sonia) but also revolves around anything that can be written, made, posted or sent. We actually have 2 newish members to NBRC from Swap-Bot. Both Ray2637 and Caly made their way here from SB, and are in my group there.
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Facebook ~ which I actually don't even like but I keep up with it to keep up on the lives of two friends of mine. Keeps me in the loop of what's going on with them when I haven't written to them (snail mail) in a while.
NetGalley ~ gotta find those new books, though I have 31 books on my shelf and a low ratio. I neeed to write out reviews for the few I've already read, and read more!
My Anonamouse

Twitter and google news to follow current events, Amazon.com because I'm always thinking of something random that I need to buy right then, wtso.com to buy cheap wine :)
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
Depends on the day and how busy work is. Sometimes I'll end up killing a lot of time online, other days I might check my email once or twice and that's it.
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
WTSO is probably the most unique site I have to offer. Wine flash sales, it's really fun.
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Gmail, then my calendar then google news to figure out what the day is going to look like. I'll also usually do a quick scan of instagram and facebook but usually through the apps, not the websites.

Pinterest, Facebook, You Tube
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
I spend anywhere from 1 to 4 hours online depending on the day and what I need to do.
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
I probably enjoy You Tube the most. I get all my podcasts visually on You Tube.
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Facebook, Pinterest and You Tube- that's it, besides like my banking site and things like that. The business, if you will.

If you take away the well known and popular social media sites, I'd say buzzfeed or article and random things to get lost in
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Facebook daily - I don't visit anything daily besides FB and GR, although I do visit twitter a few times per week

1: Besides GoodReads, what are some of your favorite sites to go online?
My favorite sites to go to online are those that I don't always visit everyday: BarnesandNoble.com and Pogo.com. I don't visit the former everyday because I like to have money when I visit it and I rarely have money. And I don't visit Pogo.com all that much since joining Goodreads.com. I use the Android Apps for Facebook, Pinterest, Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. . . I read the notifications from them all but I don't always visit the app itself.
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
I spend a LOT of waking hours online. Take yesterday, for instance. I think I woke up about 11a and came online at about 3 in the afternoon. I didn't get offline until after 3 in the morning, read for a few hours, and finally went to bed "for the night" at 6:30 in the morning this morning. And pretty much all of those hours, with few very-short exceptions, were spent here on Goodreads (most of them here in NBRC).
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
I don't know. Facebook, for the ease of keeping in touch with family and friends in far-flung places? Pogo.com for the fun games (some free, some with a Club Pogo membership)?
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
The first place I come when I get on the computer is always Goodreads. It's eating my life!
Apart from Goodreads, I also will usually "open" tabs for my team's Google-Doc spreadsheet for the Around the World Challenge, another tab or twenty (stupid notifications *grumble, grumble*) for Facebook, and my AOL e-mail. I say "open" in quotes like that because I don't usually turn my laptop off. Every once in awhile I reboot it, but for the most part, Goodreads, the Google Doc, Facebook, and AOL are always open.

Gmail, Buzzfeed, Facebook, Amazon, recipe sites
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
I spend too much time online. Way too much.
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
Buzzfeed.com I liked it before it became "cool" but I still go there several times a day.

3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
Pinterest is the most fun
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
See above :)

I love youtube, blogs (cooking, self-help, spirituality,) facebook.
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
I’d say I spend a lot of time online. Most of my work is online (I write for businesses, I blog, and I do a lot of beta reading.)
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
Hmm, I’m not really sure. Most of the other sites I visit are work related. A while ago, I would have said fictionpress.com, if you wanted to read things for free and give feedback, but watpad has sort of taken over, and I don’t like its interface as much. Those are still sort of book related, lol.
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Gmail, facebook, my blog’s dashboard

YouTube & Amazon

www.poppydeyes.com
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
Twitter, Facebook, and youtube

For being born in the midst of the technology age, I actually don't visit that many sites. It's mainly Facebook, Goodreads, Youtube, and occasionally Pinterest. A lot of stuff is more apps than sites.
2: Do you spend a lot of time online, or very little?
I don't know if I would say I spend a lot of time online, but of the free time I have, I do spend more than half of it on the Internet in some form or fashion.
3: What is one site (non book related) would you recommend most to others?
I don't know if I necessarily have one :/ If there was a site I'd recommend, it would be Goodreads XD
4: What (besides GoodReads) are the first 3 sites you visit daily?
I kinda listed them above. I don't really visit that many sites. I spend a majority of time on Facebook and the evenings on YouTube (I'll watch AVGN or Everything Wrong With to go to sleep). If I can smudge sites to include apps, I check iFunny every day as well.
