My own edition is quite old, with an afterword and that glossary assembled by Stanley Edgar Hyman.

I found this one online http://soomka.com/nadsat.html

Anyways, the copy I had included an introduction from the author about the importance of the last chapter which is commonly truncated from copies sold in the US. I'm pretty sure this has been said before, but make sure you pick up a copy that includes this twenty-first chapter. I think it completely altered the tone of the story and is absolutely necessary.

My copy is broken into 3 parts, with part 1 containing 7 chapters, part 2 containing 7 chapters, and part 3 containing 6 chapters. No 21st chapter, it seems.

I have that one too. Super excited to read this one!
