A couple of my reading buddies and I are looking for this book! Help!

It was a sneak preview for an upcoming book?, but I ended up forgetting to write down the title/author name/release date and it has been haunting me ever since...

the part of the preview I remember is: the heroine is getting out of a car with her sister ( or best friend) and there's some sort of garage sale or parade or something in the streets, and she looks over because of a noise, and she sees the back of a guy and the bff starts commenting about him with her about how hot he is and he has/ or puts a kid over his shoulder, so the heroine makes a comment like

"He is probably married or something"

and then this random girl comes walking towards him and he turns ends up looking to their car and just stops and stares, then says the heroine name, and she goes all " OMG, it's .....".

WELP!!!!"

HELP? LOL!!!
