Help! Trying to find a romance novel, probably previewed in Cosmo

I've tried searching for a book for years. I think I found it in a cosmo magazine but I'm not 100% on that. It's about a girl that comes back home for unknown reason, bumps into EX.

What I know:
It is an adult romance novel
The end of the book is her back in the city, ex boyfriend comes to talk to her. She's hosting a dinner party at her place when he shows up. They talk in her bedroom and cloths get ripped off and they hook up.

They have some type of dispute, he leaves. A guy friend of hers comes into the room and see's her ripped underwear on the floor and her crying. (I don't remember what happens after that) But she ends up leaving the city and moving back to her home town to be with the ex boyfriend.

Things that happen in the book:
She thinks she will prove something to herself if she sleeps with the ex and then leaves in the middle of the night. She puts on a racy outfit and drives to his house and hes on the couch watching TV.

Something about helping her dad bring in hay barrels because a storm is coming and the ex helps her, I believe they sleep together in the truck or in the rain?

When she first comes to town, she stops at the local bar and the ex is there and he's really muscular and I believe he has a tattoo on his arm?

I read this book in either 2007 or 2008. There are a lot of stories similar to this, but I haven't quite found this one again. At this point, I'm starting to think I've made it up or jumbled several stories together.

I don't recognize it, but perhaps it's one of Cosmo's "Red Hot Reads"?

I tried looking there as well and didn't find it.
