Are you sure that they must be combined? That information: "Includes: Dragons and Mistletoe" let me in doubt. i don't know if I must combine them. The second edition have the same content that the first one?

One of those editions has a bonus short story "Dragons & Mistletoe", as can be seen on the cover. Does that stop us from combining the editions? *I don't know, just asking*

Depends on how much pages the bonus story is in relation to Leave It All.

I'd call that a definite reason not to combine the editions with and without it. Just based on word count we probably would, but if the author/publisher made the choice to publish it separately, then they clearly view it as a substantive work.
