Adding a Permanet Shelf to the ones already on Goodreads

I am not sure if this issue has already been discussed, but it came up on a discussion I have had with my other book loving friends on facebook.

Would it be possible to add another permanent shelf to our bookshelves that wouldn't alter or interfere with stats for one entitled Abandoned or Did Not Finish. I have added one to mine, but as someone pointed out in this discussion it will alter stats of that particular person or those so inclined to be diligent about stats.

Because if you add your own personal shelf, you also have to mark it on one of the other permanent shelves as either did not read, or read.

Just a suggestion. I am wondering if it was feasible to be able to do that. Thanks.
