This girl in highschool always gets bad luck despite being really nice. The book begins with her getting rained on and then failing a test. Then she finds out she has a twin or clone or something, and when she does something good, something good happens to her clone/twin, and vice versa. Her twin/clone is a pop star and is really mean, which is why the protagonist has such bad luck. The protagonist teams up with a nerdy boy who gets tickets to her show, and they have to try talking to the pop star by getting on stage.
