Please combine the following two books. They are the same book.

The details for the paperback edition look correct. The details for the Kindle edition are all there but neither one has all of them. They should be:

Thanks. I think there was a Kindle edition for each and now they are basically a duplicate of the same edition. Could these please be merged and one deleted? The first one includes the ASIN and all the authors, but it also has a strange ": 1" at the end of the title that shouldn't be there. Thank you.

Jeff, I merged the duplicate Kindle edition created by you as all the details are now added to the existing edition having ASIN. Corrected the title as well.
