Dana Abel (danabethmarie) | 21 comments This was a paperback series I read in probably the late 90s/early 2000s. However, our library wasn't great at stocking new items, and the fact that the series could be found on the spinning carousels of paperbacks makes me think the series itself was probably older, like late 80s/early 90s.

It was about a group of 4 (?) teenage friends who created some sort of day camp for younger kids based out of a large shed/garage on one of their properties. It was run very similarly to the Babysitter's Club, in that they had a club and each girl had specific duties and they arranged for kids to attend their day camp/glorified babysitting service with fliers around town and phone calls from parents. They would plan activities/crafts/snacks for the day camp and invite in other people like clowns, etc. Each book would be written from a different girl's point of view, too.

I've been trying to think of character names and what has popped into my head are Jessica, Stacy, and Tricia, but honestly those could be WAY off base.

What I mostly remember was the club of girls and the day program held in the large shed.

Dana Abel (danabethmarie) | 21 comments It would have been shelved alongside series like

Sweet Valley Twins
Girl Talk by L.E. Blair
Fabulous Five by Betsy Haynes
Pony Pals
ETC.

to give you an idea of quality/genre...

Dana Abel (danabethmarie) | 21 comments I think actually, after a little digging, it's the Forever Friends Club! It turns out it was a party planning business, not a day camp.
