"What're you so happy about?" Maja asked, smiling.

"It's nothing specific. Or just one thing. I'm just happy." Jasper replied, shrugging.
"Happy is good. You should always be happy." Maja said.
"That's easier said than done." He told her.
"I'm more happy being around you than I am normally. So technically, I'm almost always happy."
She sighed again. "I feel pretty happy around you too."
"Good. That means I'm doing good at being a friend."
"You are doing amazing at being a friend." Maja said.
"So are you." Jasper said, looking over at her and smiling.
Maja smiled, though not as wide as she had before. "Thanks."
Jasper noticed the difference in her smile but didn't say anything about it. "When do you want to head back?"
"Okay. Just say if you want to and we can," Jasper replied.
She smiled back at him, sitting up again abruptly.
Jasper tilted his head when she sat up. "You okay?"
"Okay. Just checking." Jasper replied. He sat up as well,.
Maja pulled her knees up to her chest, wrapping her arms around them.
"Do you want to go back inside?" Maja asked quietly.
Jasper shrugged. "It's up to you." He replied.
"I didn't sleep last night," Jasper replied, shrugging.
Jasper nodded. "Yeah. No sleep for the past, I don't know 24 plus hours."
"Jasper!" Maja smacked him. "You need sleep!"
"Come on." Maja stood up, holding out a hand to him.
"We are going back inside, and you are getting some sleep." Maja said firmly, leading him back towards the castle.
Jasper walked next to her. "I can't sleep. That's the problem.."
"You can probably see someone about that. Sleep is important."
"I know sleep is important. I just literally cannot sleep. Plus the only time I probably could sleep if I wanted to would be during the day.." Jasper replied.
"I know you know that!" Maja sighed, pushing open the door of the school.((Ooh, should they get caught?))
((Sure.))Jasper walked inside with her. "I'll try and get some rest tomorrow or something." He told her.
Maja nodded, "Good."Someone cleared their throat, shopping her in her tracks.
Jasper immediately looked to see who it was. He sighed softly.
It was Maja's head of house, and they did not look happy.((We didn't talk about which era this takes place in so I used gender-neutral pronouns))
((That's fine.) Jasper realized who it was and sighed. "Sorry." He mumbled to Maja.
Maja looked down, letting her hair hang over her face. "It's not your fault," she whispered.Her head of house glared. "Miss Baker, come with me. You," they turned to Jasper. "I will alert your head of house. Go back to your dorm. Ten points from both houses."
Jasper shrugged. He never cared about points. But He worried that Maja was going to be in more trouble because of him.
