The first one has publisher Pandora but the cover says LJ Veen. This is one of the rare instances where a cover may be deleted/replaced.

It can effect which edition they merge into, but should not prevent the merge from happening.

Argumentation for the 2nd pair (not succesfully merged few days ago) - the 1998 version apparently doesn't exist: it doesn't have an ISBN and can't be found in National Library of Sweden or Stockholm City Library catalogues:

#724 merged the duplicate edition. For the second edition (the English chapter), it is listed as paperback. A Google search seems to indicate it can be read online. If paperback is correct, it might be valid and should not be combined with the complete edition. (I had to separate it to merge the other duplicate.) If it is only an online fan translation, I guess it should be merged into the complete edition.

I have noticed about the problem too. I will compare this one with the original edition and if there was too much difference in content, i will seperate the translated edition.

There's only one edition of this book, created to be distributed with a couple of newspapers back in 2011. Whoever created the first page faked the ISBN, using only its initial 10 digits. The true ISBN is 9789898520173, as per the second book entry, which is also more complete in general.
