Same, online, I'm not always good at giving advice but I'm a really good listener and I can be there and give them my shoulder and stuff, but irl, it's just hard.....I can only hug them or touch their shoulders like I did with Gameslayer a few times this week and last week, but with words, I'm no good with words

Also guys, does anyone know any good anxiety/stress management? Or how to keep myself for worrying and overthinking too much? Because I can't help worrying too or overthinking too much......while in the bus earlier, I started having a battle with the voices in my head, I call my negative thoughts, the voices in my head, the voices in my head kept trying to bring me down but the positive side of me was trying to stand my ground trying not to let the negative thoughts take over

And earlier before I got on the bus to go home while looking at myself in the mirror I saw the bags under my head from being so sleepy and tired and for trying to fall asleep in class, and after I left the bathroom and before I got on the bus, I saw those couples and all those ppl with friends, and I started feeling really insecure about myself, because I don't have a lot of friends here....the only friends that I do have at school is at lunch and anime club and the ones I don't see often, and I don't see my lunch or anime club friends often besides Gameslayer I see him sometimes outside of lunch or anime club but it's very brief because of class, and his bus comes before mine does.....

I think I discovered some new bands/singers on Instagram because they are following me, and one of the bands, lives in Dallas, where I live.....and they posted a image saying that they are gonna perform a showcase on March 24 at 5:00 in Dallas
