I have moments of happiness sometimes, but then there are times when I'll start feeling sad, and there are times when I feel sad and will start thinking bad thoughts about myself

when I'm really happy I sometimes tend to subconsciously push it away at times, because I'm not used to it.

sometimes when I'm sad like really sad or when something bad happens to make me fall I wonder whether I should stay sad or get back up again
