Some of my fav band members talked about loving yourself. But loving myself is hard. It's hard for me to love myself because of years of growing up with being hated by so many ppl for no reason. And because I've also been hurt by the ones I call "friends"

whenever something bad happens to me, I tend to remember it, and the memories haunts me. I try to take my mind off it but sometimes it's hard
