I'd been playing on there lately

so, I ate some really spicy pizza. And my mouth is hot, and I ate some sweets, it didn't work. but I'm eating pie and it's working

(view spoiler)[ so this month, is the month that I stopped scratching myself last year, and I turned to music for help instead. I didn't scratch myself or hurt myself in anyway for a really long time, I've had some urges, and I've fallen and, but I didn't scratch myself or hurt myself in anyway and music calmed me down. Until last month I relapsed and I had that urge and I couldn't fight it. So I scratched myself and I found a push pin on the ground in my room, and made some small cuts on my leg.....then after that I didn't scratch or cut or hurt myself in anyway for a while until last week on thanksgiving morning before I came downstairs. I again couldn't fight the urge. And I scratched myself again and I took the push pin, which is on the table by my bed, and made some small cuts again.....I haven't scratched or cut or hurt myself in anyway in a week after that, but I'm still struggling, I don't know when I'm going to relapse again but I'm hoping I can go for long without relapsing (hide spoiler)]
