No one teaches you to love your self. Not really. Its something you have to learn on your own. You have to teach yourself to love yourself. No one else will. They can give you tips and motivation, but to truly love you, thats a journey you alone must take

the thing is I have moments where I'll be positive or at least trying to. and I'll be like fine or at least I think I'm fine but then I'll fall and my demons come back and each time I fall it feels worse then before

I'd had more then one dreams where in the dream I'll start thinking I want to die like out loud and then the other ppl, either my friends or someone I know, they're just like, not caring and stuff
