It's easier for librarians trying to find undone requests this way. And requests are less likely to be overlooked if each requester starts a new thread. (With the exception of the couple long threads which are targeted at staff or superlibrarians.)

But as long as a thread is not linked to a specific author or book, does not refer to a specific author or book in its title, and you are not bumping an old thread (all of which are very confusing to other users), it's ok to post in an existing thread rather than starting a new one.

Since the covers have "Sean P. Hazlett", I left it as the primary author and added "Sean Patrick Hazlett" as secondary author on all editions. Merged the stray duplicate edition

Because the requested name entirely includes the name on the cover, this is not necessary.
