I've finished Cinderella Ate My Daughter: Dispatches from the Frontlines of the New Girlie-Girl Culture. I plan on submitting the homework as well.
I finished A Long Way Gone: Memoirs of a Boy Soldier which was 5 stars for me. Will do homework in the morning.
My homework for Two Boys Kissing has been posted in the mind expanding thread. It really was an amazing, emotional story and I agree with Almeta that every human being should either read or listen to it.

I really enjoyed it and am now listening to the audiobook. So much information to absorb. If you are very religious, you might not like some of the things the author says about organized religion. But you don't have to be an atheist to get a lot out of the book.

Reporting in with Suspended Sentences: Three Novellas by Patrick Modiano, my third and final finish for the Toppler. I'm heading to work soon, but will fit in my homework sometime between now and Monday night.
I haven't reported yet, but I had a hard time with my first toppler book which was a study of schizophrenia (it also fills the theme of suicides pretty well), The Drowning Girl. It's a good book objectively speaking, but I struggled with it. I only finished it now. I also read The Story of the Lost Child, which I think also fits the general toppler theme, touching many of the problems listed. I will do the homework tomorrow at the latest, and I'm pretty sorry that I never got to Middlesex. I just thought I would fit a shorter book first and then it turned out this week was rather more busy than I had predicted.
Nice job everyone:) It's been great reading about all of your books. I will read the rest as they are reported.Marie-Don't forget Rusalka:)

Maria, you missed my 2nd book, Elizabeth Is Missing by Emma Healey. I posted my finish in message #40.
Thanks, Lisa. I liked yours too. I read Speak last year.I love reading the responses to the books everyone read! So many interesting titles I might never have thought of reading before reading your responses.
Nice to see others enjoying some that I have already read too.
Sorry. Was travelling, couldn't report earlier. I read 'the last runaway' by Chevalier (on app, doesn't let me attach)
