That's my point! I looked at a few lists and don't like the options. I'm extremely picky when it comes to what I read. I won't pick up just anything. Hopefully someone else on my team finds something.
I am in for serious, I need motivation to read more and have a huge TBR.

We try to keep the teams even so that each team has readers who read similar amounts in them ☺

Sarah, when will teams be posted? Also, people on my team, I have a book that starts with Q that I must read for review.
I have a question. Once we finish a book for the team what do we do to show that we read it?

Each team has a chat thread where they can talk about what they're reading, plan, or just talk about anything. Each team also has a review thread where they will post the book they read, the number of pages, a link to their review/updates, and a link to a buddy read if applicable. Does that help?

Last question... at least for now... How many people are you planning to be on each team? I'm just curious so I know how many books each person would have to read on average in order to clear the board.

It is most likey to be 5, so most teams won't complete a full board ☺
