You don't have to form words, you hyst use the title of your book to cross off a scrabble tile ☺
We are at the moment as the challenges have so many people participating that they're getting too big for one of us to handle on our own ☺

Yes, it's purely based on the first letter of the title (you can skip 'a' or 'the' if you need to) ☺

You can only start a second board once you finish the first board, so yes, you'd have to find books for z and q, which you'll probably want to do anyway as they score the most points. There are 100 tiles to use though, so hopefully you won't run out #9786;
