I read it in 2006/2005. its a erotic fiction book about a women painter with a dropkick boyfriend who works as a waitress (I think!). then she meets a handsome CEO or wealthy businessman who wants her and they start being involved and he introduces her to a whole different world of sex clubs and kinky stuff. they have a falling out and she goes to spain or france but eventually end up together.
