Writing
1) If you're writing fiction or memoirs, what is the hardest part of the process for you? (i.e. charactr building, plot development etc)
I write fiction. The hardest aspect in writing fiction for me would be in the writing process. The midpoint dilemma, where a writer gets to the midway mark in their story and one can't seem to get pass that certain point. For the most part, I usually have my stories plan out, so I the beginning and ending, but when it comes to the midpoint, where one realizes more ideas are needed in order to get to the climax, is where I have the most trouble.
2) If you could get experienced help on one aspect of writing, which one would it be?
I would like more experience in research. While I do extensive research on my own for a few of my stories, I can't help but feel like I'm looking and asking the wrong questions when it comes to researching different topics. How does one knows which is the right question to ask for a particular topic. How would one approach researching from a clean point instead of just using random search engines.

Writing 1.
Description. It's not a separate step for most writers, but
I have to do a pass to make sure the scenery is fleshed out.
Selfpub 3.
KDP Select. Not a lot of benefits anymore.
Marketing 3.
Blog tours. Might be good if you arrange it yourself, but tour companies have just been content mills for blogs that do nothing but tours in my experience.

Thanks Connie. My first drafts have almost no descriptions in it. I agree with you on KDP select and blog tours
