Nice piece on Dredd, his world & history. I've been reading 2000AD since prog 950 and still can't get enough, The world that Wagner Mills Ezquerra Morrison Ennis Bolland and so many more have created is something I don't know amazing, I never bore of it.
There is a new article with John Wagner talking about Judge Dredd: The Cursed Earth Saga

I am reading OZ at the Moment and am blown away by the Brendan McCarthy artwork. Here is a picture I took of his Mutie Birdmen pages.
Reading Judge Drded mostly through the complete case files, other trade paperbacks and color classics. Rebellion must have something big planned for the 40th anniversary next year.
Oz blew me away too. cracking story. I'm loving the Mega Collection - never read much actual Dredd before only Halo Jones, Durham Red and Judge Anderson... so I'm discovering the awesomeness of 2000AD for the first time and Its a really easy way to do it :)
The politics of Judge Dredd

"Dredd has gone from a noble, even heroic, guardian who maintains that all are equal beneath the totalitarian boot-heel of the law, to the upholder of a brutalizing authoritarian system."
