I have heard some much about these books. And have almost bought "A Discovery of Witches" a few times. Haven't gotten there yet. But I think I might have to pick it up and see what everyone is talking about. Deb I've heard many people say if you liked this series you should pick up Laini Taylors "Daughter of Smoke and Bone" Series. I think what has put me off is the size of the book!

Oh Ang I haven't heard of The Laini Taylor series that will be something to consider.
They are quite large but I found them really easy to read. Maybe the best thing to start would be to borrow them from the library first.

Deb, I have downloaded a preview from KOBO, they are really great that you can get a preview of a book and try it first and see if you like it. Normally its the first 3 chapters of the book. I've saved some money by doing that.

And I am sure you'll enjoy Laini Taylor's series.
It was like nothing I've read before, and the world building and characters were just fantastic!

I love the look of the book chair, I find it hard to hold large books for a long time as I have cubital tunnel in both hands. (It's similar to carpal tunnel) When I have some spare cash I'd really like to get one!
