What are you reading
Deb, we are buying the house we are living in now! Our landlord is one of Handsome Prince's bosses at his work.
So Christine, do you donate your books when you are done? Or do you have a house full of bookcases lol
I give my books to other people and I do donate books when I’m done and I don’t have a house full of bookcases lol
What's wrong with a house full of bookcases? Or I guess in my case that would be a room full of bookcases lol! Anyone interested in seeing " The Book Room"?
The book room is Ang' s favorite place to be. With Christine reading so many books I could not even think where she would but all those books. Love to see "The Book Room"
Christine my partner got me custom made wrap around bookshelves one year for our Anniversary! I shared pictures with the others here when I got them (you weren't part of the group then) in my old house I'd named my reading space the book nook. We have moved house and I now have these book shelves in a room, which I've called "The Book Room" I'll post some pics of what it looks like soon. I'm going to be doing some redecorating in there.

Christine the pictures are still in the photos section of our group page. Also I posted a picture of a Kookaburra, a baby kangaroo, and the damage to my old house from the big cyclone we had.
Christine I am not making fun. I have books in every closet and cupboard, that I forget about. And I only read 25 books a year. I can not imagine finding places for over 100 books. Also we have boxes like mail boxes all over or town, that you can but books in and take a book if you like. They have a name for them but I forget it.
Aren't they called sidewalk libraries, Sue? We don't have those here where I live but I have seen stories about people doing that in the bigger cities here in OZ. Great idea! Christine did you look at the pictures in the photos section I had put up?
I was only joking with you Sue and I love to read books and no I didn’t see those pictures Ang from Oz
If you look up on the top of the page under our group name General Fiction Forum Expats discussion over on the top right hand side you will see Group Home, Events, Bookshelf, Photos. If you click on photos you will be able to view the pictures.

I finished Elevation and The Troop. Now I'm reading House of Leaves. It's been a little difficult to figure out the writing style at the beginning.

Hi Scott welcome back
wow what a premise and preface to this pulp fiction story that finally made it into a novel. I'm interested in how you like it when it's finished.
