Wow guys thanks for liking my review and for getting the book. I hope you'll love it as much as I did. I can't wait to chat about Daisy. I think I'll open a thread for discussion :)

I requested "No One Knows" from the library. I am number 3 on the list.
I started The Name of the Rose last week before I went to Minot. Got my new glasses (bifocals - yay me!) and haven't been able to read anything. They say it's going to take a week or two to get used to them, but OMG I keep getting queasy.
Glad to hear all you're reading all,
when my glasses went to trifocals I started progressive lenses.
Looking forward to discussing No One Knows

Susan, I'm in the same boat as you! I am number 3, but they only have one copy right now and it's not even listed online yet, so unless I call, I can't get any updates. She told me they are getting additional copies, so maybe then they will update the web-site.

I'm still not adjusted to the bifocals, so I've only advanced about 10 pages in The Name of the Rose. I'll end up behind schedule for my challenge this year at this rate.
Just finished "Three Times Lucky" by Sheila Turnage. Thanks to Ruth for mentioning this book awhile back!
Starting reading "The Trap" about 30 pages in and I'm hooked so far! Must be Suspence Thriller month for me, after reading No One Knows and now The Trap!! Windy and showery here, and my goodness finally cooler!
Thanks for sharing all I just turned in my July reviews, whew!
Now its on to MY reading first on the list is to finish The Drafter, next is the second book by a new author team A M Sterling, Immersed in Fire. Then I have the third in fave Donna Augustine's urban fantasy The Wilds series, The Dead. Then we'll see :)

Susan, I found Flowers in the Snow for free at B&N, so I downloaded it and hopefully will get to it soon. The other two are $3.99.
Well it's finally the weekend and it looks like everyone has their reading picked out.
Right now I just started Deep Dark by Laura Griffin, #10 in her Tracers series!

Finished reading "The Trap" yesterday. I enjoyed it so much! Now starting "Bright Blaze Of Magic" by Jennifer Estep, the third and final book in this series. It's classed as young adult, but has alot of violence in it. So more for the older young adult I'd say. After that I'm not sure what I'll read. Maybe Christine Feehan's latest....
Started Christine Feehan's latest Fire Bound last night before bed. Seems to be good so far. I have fallen out of love with Ms Feehan's, last few books, just seems to be the same old stuff with a different setting and character names. And I'm a bit over the "Big Alpha Male" stereotype.
Susan wrote: "Finished Winter Stroll, I enjoyed it but the story just ended. Dont like books with no closer if thats the word I want to use."
I'm not crazy about books that end like that either.

Lucky you! I just checked and I finally moved up from number 3 to 2 on the hold list. Apparently these people are reading this book a lot slower than Ang did! Maybe I'll let lucky and someone will return it early!

It took me a minute to realize what you meant! Wow! I won "No One Knows." Looks like I'll get to start reading it sooner than I thought! Thanks, Deb!

Deb, I am interested to see what you think of "The Girl On the Train." For me, it didn't quite measure up.

Well my mom just read it and said at first she didn't like it but then it picked up and she's also waiting on my reaction. I'll start it Sunday.
Congrats!! :)

I agree with your mother and it did keep me curious as to how it was going to turn out, but it still didn't quite do it for me.

I've just discovered author D.D. Ayers and her K9 Rescue Series. I really enjoyed the first book and now am onto the second in the series. I really love books that include animals in the storyline. And the Romantic Suspence Genre is becoming more popular with me also. I've seem to have left my paranormal romance genre behind these days!!!

FWIW, D. D Ayres is a pseudonym for Laura Parker who wrote the most amazing historical romance and also some fabulous women's fiction -- I've known her for YEARS and she's such an amazing writer ! That woman can do *anything* and it's great to see her succeeding so well with her K9 series!
