Hi, if anyone of you would like to read a certain book with one or more reading partners then you are welcome to put in a request here.

Interested members can respond and once the details, such as the names of all the reading partners, starting date etc are settled, then you can initiate a separate discussion thread on the author of that book in the relevant folder.

By relevant folder I mean the folder of that particular genre to which the book belongs.

If a topic on that author is already initiated then you can have the book discussion on that thread only.

Please be sure to provide the following information here so that the place of discussion is easily found by all the participants.

Participants' Names:
Book's Name:
Author's Name:
Genre:
Starting Date:
Link to the Discussion Thread:

Thanks ...and Happy Reading! :-)

Hi, I am planning to read two Contemporary Romantic Suspense books: Birthright and Angels Fall, sometime in March.

Those interested to read any of these books with me are welcome to respond here by end of February, and we can then set up a specific starting date.

A topic on the author:
Nora Roberts, has been previously initiated:
http://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/1...
...and we can have our discussion there once the details are finalized.

Thanks! :-)

Ayesha | 10 comments I have read both of them, but I would love to re-read Birthright.I read it in 6th grade for the first time and decided that I want to become an archaeologist:-)So,I warn you that I might get a little nostalgic while reading it.

Hey, that's great, Ayesha! :-) I have ordered Birthright from www.amazon.de but it will take about 2 to 4 weeks for the book to reach me. We will set up a starting date as soon as I get it. Anyway, please don't worry about being nostalgic, it must have been a wonderful book to have such an impact on you, and I am glad that you have decided to re-read it with me. Looking forward to our discussions, thanks! :-)

Hi Ayesha, just wanted to inform you that I have received my copy of Birthright and if convenient then would like to start reading it on 10th March, 2016. However, if you prefer some other date then please let me know. Thanks! :-)

message 10: by Ayesha (new)

Ayesha | 10 comments No,I'm perfectly okay with the date you suggested:))But do set some specific time limit to complete it?

Ramla Zareen Ahmad | 1046 comments Mod
Well, my reading pace is kind of unpredictable and depends not only on how busy I am with other stuff but also on how involved I get in the book. Since it's the first time that we are reading together so what we can do is that we start reading from 10th March and share our progress and experience at the end of each day. Maybe after few days of doing this we can get a better idea regarding both the intensity of our interest in the book as well as our reading speed and then can decide on a specific time limit to complete it. What do you think?

Sounds great:))But beware I love giving spoilers and sometimes I read too fast or get stuck in a slump unexpectedly.
I'm so really excited to start this one:))

That's perfectly fine, Ayesha, as I said, my reading pace can be unpredictable as well.

As far as the spoilers are concerned, you can use the spoiler feature:
< spoiler>...< /spoiler>
As you may already know, there wouldn't be a space after the two front brackets, but I have put them there so that the formula shows up.

I am very excited about reading this book too! :-)

Odette Brethouwer (odettebrethouwer) I have a huge tbr-prioritylist. I pick some books to read every month (a also have a shelf for this month and one to plan ahead for next month...). If there are any books there you like as well (you can use the compare shelves function if you friend me, say in the message you want to buddyread something), we can buddyread them! No promisses for a quick start, but I will talk to you about when I can read it ;)

Hi Odette, just checked out your tbr list and I would love to read Me Before You by Jojo Moyes with you :-)

The only thing is that I have a hectic reading schedule planned for February and March, so it would be more convenient for me if you could please suggest a date after that. However, if that's not possible for you then please let me know and I'll try my best to reprioritize. Thanks! :-)
