Hi everyone! We've read parts 1 and 2 together so it's only fitting we cover the newest and final part to this novella trilogy First I want to know everyone's thoughts after reading..What did you think about the ending and the way everything was tied up?
Personally I didn't like this book, nor the other two. The first one was good; kept me guessing and confused. Really, it's the only reason I continued with the series. The second book was blah.
This one I pretty much skimmed through because I was bored. For how the start of the trilogy was played up, I expected a greater ending.
For Colleen Hoover being amazing, I was disappointed with this one.
I liked it a lot! However, I think if I'd marathoned through them, I would've been bored. They're too much alike, I think.I really liked how it didn't shatter my heart completely! I did think the ending was a bit rushed though and the (view spoiler)
I love the part 1 and part 2 but part 3 was sooo disappointing. I expected a lot but the reason or explanation was not oh-so-good.
I felt part 1 and part 2 kept me on my toes. Therefore, with lackluster ending and reasoning for this whole memory loss, it made me feel a bit disappointed. However, all in all I did enjoy the series.
I agree, the explanation was just disappointing and obvious. I was hoping for a big twist or something.
I'm very much disappointed with this finale. I was expecting it's going to be a mind blowing one. Naaaah.
Just finished reading this one. I wasn't really happy with the ending. I expected something better since it's also written by Colleen Hoover. It's really too bad!
I had to read part two and three back to back. After reading the first part and being stuck waiting on the second, I refused to be stuck waiting again. Anyways, the idea was good, the anticipation was there, but something happened with the execution in part three. I felt like it was rushed. I wasn't that disappointed but I wish they would have added more substance to the last part. Missed that "Bang" at the end.
I am so glad I wasn't the only one so disappointed in this ending. I wanted a big twist, like magic to be involved like Charlie and Silas thought. I didn't want it to be something so simple as they're soulmates and needed to fall back in love. But I did really like that they tried to right some of their wrongs by giving Silas's dad the missing papers.
