It's children's book, for lower elementary grades, published in the early-mid 80s. I only remember that the cover was grape purple and "Giggles" was part of the title. It was of similar dimensions to "Alexander and The Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day." Inside was a collection of silly illustrations, almost like comic strips. One was of Rapunzel at the top of a tower, calling for help. When the knight climbed to the top, she yelled, "No! Not you!" The final page was of a happy boy inside a bottle. Next to the bottle is the ship that's supposed to go inside it. A text bubble of a parent outside the frame is calling for the boy, asking where he is.
