SOLVED. YA, 3 povs, published in late 2000s? [s]

I downloaded a sample of this book a few months ago, but then I accidentally deleted it. But now, I'm interested to see, what it was really about, but I can't remember the title. I know, it was about three friends, who were in their late teens, who were growing up, and changing. I'm sure, that it was about two boys, girl. I'm pretty sure their names were, Lilly, Simon, and Noa. I think 1 of the boys liked Lilly, but she didn't like him back. If I recall correctly, each of them had a distinct tragedy going on in their lives, cancer, nd possibly abuse. Thats all I can remember for now. Hope someone can help, thank you in advance. a
