SOLVED. Excerpt - Romance, she's retuning home, he's her ex and a cop that pulls her over [s]

Okay if I'm remembering it correctly it's probably not out yet. I think it was an excerpt I got in an email newsletter so it's probably going to be released early this year. I've searched through my emails and cant seem to find it!

I think she's like a lawyer or something and didn't think she'd ever return to her small home town. Something happened and she's returning home. Of course on her drive into town she gets pulled over, for speeding or something, by none other than her ex. He says something and she says something like 'God I forgot what a comic book geek/nerd you were', which he doesn't appreciate.

Any help will be appreciated.

Haha that's cool!! It's really been bugging me! Think I've read the excerpt twice so I assume from two newsletters in December or this month...

Where was the email newsletter from? If you don't know, where all do you subscribe to newsletters?

That's the thing, I've subscribed to a lot of book blogs!! The most frequent have been:
-The Rock Stars of Romance (Which can be 2 or 3 emails a day!)
-Natasha is a Book Junkie
-The Locker Room Girls
But then there are authors I've subscribed to as well, though the only one that has been frequent in the last two months is probably Lauren Layne!
