Updates to the Librarian Manual

Hi Librarians,

I read through the Librarian manual because it was one of the prerequisites to become a GoodReads librarian and noticed a couple of corrections that could be made. Thanks in advance to whoever can make the corrections! You guys rock.

The section, suggested correction, and what the correction would look like in text are noted in bold below for each of the 5 edits,

Author Field:Adding or editing author names on a book record Section
Correction - Add the word "be"
Correction in Text - " Original name or other pen names can be added and linked via a Librarian Note in the description field, or using the Librarian Note feature located above the Title field."

Author Field:How to merge two author profiles Section
Correction - Add punctuation for e.g.
Correction in Text - "Each author name is unique and has its own profile. Sometimes various data sources use slightly different spellings of an author name (e.g. JK Rowling vs J.K. Rowling vs Joanne Kathleen Rowling)."

Not a book Section
Correction - Add an s to form the plural for book
Correction in Text - "* "all books by an author" or "all books in a series" where no published collection of these works exists"

Not a book Section
Correction - Add periods to e.g.
Correction in Text - * periodicals without ISBNs but substantially similar to books (e.g., perfectbound literary magazines), although they should be typed as "periodical" in the work: media type field

How To Edit Your Books:Delete Photos Section
Correction - Remove a here
Correction in Text - "Or you can navigate here here to add a new record of your book and take care of entering the details."

See msg 2. Could the manual make it clearer how this is handled (when a title is sometimes a single title, sometimes multiple volumes.

I have a suggestion that when updating reading progress, rather than page/ % of book read, how about doing it in 'chapter' segments.
