I give Ned credit for having the balls to oppose killing Dani and for choosing to leave the King's side. He did not want the job to being with. But I highly doubt this is something he can easily walk away from and go home to Winterfell without trouble.

thoughts while reading:
Jorah is a traitor! I think I knew this already... I don't remember. lol
It's interesting that all these grown men are kind of scared of Dany and her unborn baby. It's sad that they want to kill her as a result.
Why does Pycelle react to Varys talking about the tears of Lys?
I love that Ned finally said no to Robert. I don't think he's used to hearing that from anyone.
Why does Littlefinger come forward NOW when he knew the information all along? Does he not want Ned to leave that badly?
