January Highlights:
Zero, Vol. 1: An Emergency and
Zero, Vol. 2: At the Heart of It All - a mature graphic novel series about a spy with some crazy SF mixed in.
Black Widow, Vol. 3: Last Days - it's truly a shame that Marvel didn't continue this series. (Where is the Black Widow movie?)
Batman and Robin, Vol. 4: Requiem for Damian - surprisingly emotional. If you aren't tied into the current Bat-books you may be confused.
Books to Avoid:
Captain Marvel, Vol. 1: Higher, Further, Faster, More - too much backstory for a "Volume 1" and she doesn't seem all that unique to begin with.
Loki: Agent of Asgard, Vol. 2: I Cannot Tell a Lie - more like "I cannot keep the plot straight with random tie-ins."

The Secret of High EldershamThe pace was slow and then there was a supernatural/paranormal element which made me super bored. Gave up about 1/3 through.
