Thanks!

catmysteries @yahoo.com

I sometimes have a difficult time with my local book club. My solution is to always come with a book to nominate. My book gets the nod about 75% of the time. (It didn't this month, so I am struggling with One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest!)

I would love to give it a try with anyone who wants to.
I like memoirs, paranormal as I said especially ghost stories, cozy especially ones in food in anyway (your Murder she baked.) best but read just about anything.
Please beware that most of mine I got free so there is a a whole lot with just one book in a series which doesn't bother me personally.
If either or both of or anyone else is interested let me know.
Thanks,
Sandy

Murder, She Barked looks great to me.

Do you have a physical copy or the kindle book? I picked my copy out at Barnes & Noble because the title caught my eye.....then the cover art made me smile. :) The title made me think of Murder, She Wrote (loved that show!) and Murder, She Meowed (one of the Mrs. Murphy mysteries by Rita Mae Brown). This will be the first cozy by Krista Davis that I've read.
What about you?

I've started the book - so far, I'm enjoying it.

There seem to be a lot of things going on -- giving us plenty of suspects, and probably, plenty of red herrings.

I like the cover art on my paperback.....the Inn looks very cozy. :)
It's raining outside today....so I'm just going to cuddle up with my dogs and this book. :) Seems like a good day for a cozy!

I read it on my iPad too, and thankfully it was without all the nasty typos so many of the kindle titles seem to have. I hope you enjoy it!

Anybody up for a buddy read for book 2 in the series: The Ghost and Mrs. Mewer?
Sandy -- I'm always up for a buddy read of any cozy....I know you use kindleunlimited a lot -- me too. PM me anytime and we can read one of them together -- just let me know. :)

My library solved this problem by having what they call an "open book club'' and we all bring what we are reading and discuss with the group. Sometimes there is a theme, but most of the time you just read what you want and talk about it. Gets rid of that "have to'' part of it. :) That's another reason I love this site as well.....I can jump in on buddy reads and group discussions that pertain to what I like to read, rather than having to slog through stuff I just don't really want to read. :) Sorry for late reply....I just saw this message on the thread. :)
