I would think they would stay in the cat section. I - too - am highly allergic to cats. In fact, I can tell if a place has had a cat staying there in the last year.

Dogs, on the other hand, aren't nearly as violent an allergy and a good cleaning can get rid of it.

Little known fact: with cats, it's not the dander. They produce a chemical in their saliva which is what you're reacting too. In fact, they've proved if you give a cat a bath once a week it stop producing the chemical.

Anybody still reading book 2?? I got a new job and got distracted for awhile.....ready to finish reading it now! :) I agree with Kirsten....I would love a weekend at the pet retreat/resort!

I have been distracted a bit for the last week -- getting ready for a week-long Woodcarver's Rendezvous, and now it is starting, so for the next week reading is in tiny time slots. Then back to "normal". Yep, I'd love to stay at the pet resort - interesting that none of the guests has more than one pet. I have four little dogs. It would be challenging to pick only one to accompany me for that luxury retreat!

I have 3 little dogs myself......and I agree....would be hard to pick one! And the other two would be MAD. ha ha :)
