I think the next few books to read would be "We Should All Be Feminists" by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie (awesome TED talk by her, check it out!) or "Men Explain Things To Me" by Rebecca Solnit.

It's a great idea!! Besides, I love to draw and I've drawn Emma three times. But I don't know if I'm going to have enough time because I'm so busy with school. Anyway, I'll try to do it.

I have a masthead done, where do I send it or how do I show it to you?

indeed they offer a free trial version for a month though :)
Yeah, but use it a few times a year so that's why I have it properly. Photoshop is a good tool if you use it properly.

Or if people check for free images(also on google, as in resources for designers) as I often do when I need something.

Background info on it ... Just books arranged in the form of a staircase pattern. Sure the balance may seem unrealistic in real life but if you assume each higher book is lighter than the previous one, that or it's magic ;) I wanted the letters like 'F' in 'SHELF' to stand up more, as if while reading the mind makes the text come alive off the page. I could make it more pronounced with the other letters if needed.
Originally I imagined more than three books (not sure what text would go on the additional books) and also with one person sitting/standing on each but at that scale, it's hard for me to draw people. Lastly, I know this massively simple drawing has room for improvement (add colors, draw the lines with a fine tip pen), which I can or someone else can do.

I hope there is a commission for the artwork. Submitting stuff for fun is fine, but if you're going to use an artist's work, they should be paid for it. Actors, graphic designers, musicians, etc.
