I didn't even have to think twice where it was made. US popped into my mind quicker than you could say double standards. (seriously no offence meant, it just seems so hypocritical in this context and I've followed the ridiculous breastfeeding debate over there for years).

Whent to go watch star wars ep 7 opening night. Lady behind me took her baby. Baby started crying. She proceded to breastfeed it. This continued numerous times throughout the movie. Theres a time and place for everything; that was neither the place or time.
How the hell did you see enough in the dark to be offended??? You must have turned around all those times, used specialty glasses to see in the dark, monitor closely all steps of each feeding event, then become very miffed, miffed enough not to keep watching freaking Star Wars. Dude... Your priorities aren't straight.
What he should complain about is the lack of education of that woman. If you have a baby and he/she cries, you're the one who has to bear it, not the people who go to watch a movie.

There is a time and place for bringing babies along, and a loud Star Wars movie might not be it, in particular if the baby would cry several times, disturbing other movie goers, but that was sort of beside the point.
The reason for all these things is that, let's call it as a metaphor more than something literal, what our "cultural genes" tell us is that we must opress women.
That's because big social changes imply big efforts. So most people have the tendancy to stop that because they wouldn't have enough resources as to adaptate to the changes. They are more comfortable without changes. It's a natural social stabilizer. Only when society has enough resources (and that implies the existance of strong individuals) changes are possible. I hope you get my point.

Oh, sure, I do. And I agree completely with you on the feeling comfortable with status quo. As a person eager to improve, work on shortcomings, etc., I can't quite comprehend reluctancy to become stronger, question one's thinking and actions, and so on, but I see inaction every day so apparently many are comfortable like you said.
Probably it's because if all the 7 billion people we are were geniuses we would run out of natural resources (among other things). Small changes are more beneficial than big ones at the long term, generally speaking, big changes happen in short periods of time and then there are long periods of stability.
I deeply sympathize with women that are targeted when they breastfeed. I have never in our country see opposing in a such way as in the second post video. I believe however this will occur in highly racional developed world. But for this I will need more time. As with the men, that don't cry, I believe that also men, cry. The point is only that men are rather different than women. But only in majority. We have men who think as women also and you will find women, who think like men.
If I must differentiate men thinking from women, those two thinking are right the opposite. If women are more diligent, men are more open, if women always want to know everything around themselves, men are more into themselves and less about others. Women are more hard working, men are the one, who will do anything that they will not have to work. Women care for everything, men are more released. And other thousand and one opposite attribute.
Cry is something which is easy evoked with fear. This meaning only with majority of women. However with men happens the same but only with minority. So the claim, that men does not allow them to feel and to cry, is not entirely true. At least not with majority of men. The men are different as women, so women cannot expect from men, to cry on a sudden and to behave like themselves. Of course men does also posses women thinking as all human understand all of the values, but their character (psychological), dose not dedicate attention to this centre (mind) in the human brain.
And because we are right the opposite, we are as perfect as it gets, when we are together ;) And only together we can understand the truth, and develop a true love :)
It is a process, mostly very difficult because of side products of modern life, but not entirely impossible. For love it is worth to fight :)
