I read this book around 2005. It's harlequin/ mills n boon type.the maternal uncle and paternal aunt take care of their orphaned nephew and fall in love.both of them are some kind of writer/ journalist.

No that's not the book. The parents die on a vacation in their hotel room due to air poisoning. I don't remember where the book was set, but most likely USA, small town.the aunt and uncle had only met once before at the parents wedding and didn't get along.

Another long shot but I'll mention it just in case - Wanted Man by Ellen Hartman? Heroine is a tech writer and hero is a famous writer in hiding and working as her handyman. It sounds like she's the aunt and the boy's parents died in a car accident. Any chance you have two stories in mind?

I found the baby project and read it.its very similar to the book I m looking for, but it's not the one.
In the book I m looking for, the h and H decide to give the child's custody to the other in the end. Their HEA happens in lawyers office when they find this out.
In the epilogue, they are on there way to their wedding and h is hugely pregnant.
Yes the orphaned nephew is a baby, I m guessing younger than 2 year old
