SOLVED. YA: protaganist solves missing kids cases by seeing their picture on milk cartons [s]

I read this book about 4/5 years ago and am trying to find it.

Basic plotline is a girl who's eating breakfast one morning and sees a milk carton with a missing kid advert on it. As she sees it she knows pschically where the kid is, and phones the line and reports it. The kid's then found.

This keeps happening and she keeps reporting where these missing children are accurately, to the same call handler. The two kind of become friends. The police are eventually informed because it's a bit suspicious one person calling in all these locations and being accurate. Anything further than that I've forgotten. I remember the character's voice being quite dry and sarcastic, think she was late teens.
