The most important symbol of Pi Phi is the arrow. The wine carnation is the sorority’s chosen flower. Every part of the blossom represents an element of the organization. Wine and silver blue are the sisterhood’s colors. Angels were popular in Pi Phi songs and skits during the 1930s and 1940s. For this reason, an angel named Angelica eventually became a mascot for the sorority. This, naturally, is the house of the Cupids.
