I'm using an old Dell keyboard, but it predates emojis. We bought it in 2002 with our first desktop. I had it on that old Dell until it died. I disliked the one I bought for the current desktop (we had another in the middle) so started using it again even though I'm no longer using Windows computers.

That may also be why mine doesn't have emojis. That would be my guess, anyway.
