Chapter 1-11 (view spoiler)[I’m glad Ryker didn’t hook up with Nova in the he beginning, that would have put me off him from the start. I like that he’s being forced to face how mean he was. Not just making fun of Tallulah when she was heavier but all the other barbs he’d make at others expense, now he’s getting a reality check with Aurora. (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[It’s crazy how less than a week has passed in the book. I’m not sure if I’m liking Ryker, his abrupt change is hard to believe especially when he keeps thinking about the person he was just last week. I’m hating the fact that Hunter and Auroras father is kind of a dick but I’m glad Abbi Glines decided to include racism as it’s an important topic nowadays and most authors don’t often address it. I’m curious where and how this will play out. Not looking forward to the inevitable and almost guaranteed to be horrible climax either. (hide spoiler)]

Ch. 27-39 (view spoiler)[So I'm a million percent hating Aurora's father. What a racist asshat. I can't believe he went as far as sending her away smh, especially after being there only one week as it is. As for Ryker, I don't know still. His character's OK but this professing his love to her is a bit too much for me. They've known each other a week and it's not like they even spent a full 24 hours together. I will say this book is going a lot smoother than the previous ones with the over the top and unnecessary climax. At least this one isn't as outlandish, just a bit cheesy. Not sure how it is supposed to be all wrapped up though in just 30 or so more pages..... (hide spoiler)]

(view spoiler)[Well that was a rushed ending if I ever read one smh. I don't feel their relationship will last. However overall I did enjoy this book, dare I say more than the previous books. I think the inclusion of Aurora being deaf and her father being racist really added some real life dynamics to the story. I think the situation with her getting that implant in a months time is unrealistic and doesn't fit her character at all, especially for her quick turnaround when she was so adamantly against it earlier in the book.
