Angela | 389 comments I'm reading this one for Week 10 - a book by an author that you feel you should have read by now.

Bana AZ (anabana_a) | 836 comments I'm reading this for the week with a type of food on the title: Hog. It's a bit of a stretch to put this book in that week, but I'm reading it for another challenge and wanted it to fit in the AtY challenge, too.

Summary: It's basically a spoof on Christmas, Santa Claus, and other childhood "lies". Some people want the Hogfather (Discworld's version of Santa) dead, and that starts this book's story.

It was really confusing at first because my copy of the book doesn't have transition thingies and it gets confusing when the scenes jump and I'm reading about a completely different set of characters. But now that I got the hang of it, it's getting pretty interesting. I'm hovering between giving it 3 stars or 4. I'll wait to finish it, though.

Date started: Feb. 4
Date finished: Feb. 10

Here's my review.

Angela | 389 comments I was not a huge fan at all, it was confusing and while I enjoyed the humorous scenes with Death, it wasn't enough to really pique my interest. I know that the Discworld series is quite popular, so I may need to give another one a go. Two stars from me.
